 My
first recollection of my psychic abilities was when I was 5 years old.
My great father was my hero. One evening while I was asleep, I woke up
about 11pm screaming for my mother. When she came into my room to
console me, I told her that the Angles had taken Grandpa. As she was
comforting me, she said that I had just had a bad dream.
Just as she uttered
those words our phone rang to inform us that my grandfather had indeed,
passed over at the exact time that I dreamed it.
Being Catholic and more
religious than spiritual, my family was not sure how to handle my
experience and chose to ignore it-yet they inadvertently began treating
me differently as though I was "odd".
Because of this
experience, for many years, I would not tell anyone whenever I
experienced "visions" in the future. I eventually blocked out all memory
of any visions because of my family's inability to know how to deal with
a "special" child. I came to feel very odd and even believed that I had
dreamt my grandfather dead.
After years of ignoring
my gift, I grew up, married a wonderful man and had 4 beautiful
children. In 1990 my husband passed away... the loss was devastating. I
was lost and so depressed, I wanted to die myself.
During this time, I met
Lee Ann Cornell and Don Hughes... they were able to communicate with my
husband and they encouraged me to further pursue my psychic abilities.
Lee Ann taught me how to read Tarot and guided my development.
I found that by using my
gifts and helping others, I slowly but surely began to be able to deal
with the loss and be a better mother and survivor. It helped me to put a
better perspective on my life and accept God's will as my destiny.
For the last 16 years, I
have been an active reader in Fort Wayne and with the Pyramid of
Enlightenment in Indianapolis, IN. I have been able to develop my
abilities to be a reader and clairvoyant and, in doing so, help others
to deal with their special needs and losses. In many cases, family and
friends of my clients come through with positive messages from the other
side and in most cases, these messages have brought comfort, eased the
pain of loss and given my clients hope and faith in the existence of
eternal love from those that have passed.
During my career as a
reader, I have done private readings, group reading, (i.e. parties, fund
raisers, etc.) and phone readings. I have been featured locally on
radio, television and newspapers. I was also a reader for the Psychic
Friends Network.
The ability to help
others deal with the daily issues, communicate with loved ones that have
passed over and assist in directing my clients on their spiritual paths
has been one of the most rewarding gifts that god has blessed me with.
