Dear Pyramid of Enlightenment,
I, Ann Eppley had an hour Reiki session with Lee Ann Cornell. I had been
to a professional masseuse previously and had a very painful
experience. Lee Ann made me feel like a floating cloud in the sky. I am
a type "A" personality and I find it very hard to relax, even when I am at rest.

I felt that every mental and physical ache had been removed from my
entire body. Furthermore, I will only do Reiki sessions. Lee Ann did not
have to put her hands upon me. She put her hands above me and the
heat was radiating from her like rays from the sun. I would recommend

When I was eleven years old my grandmother passed away. Shortly
after that I was at a slumber party and after being asleep for an hour or
so. I was awaken by some of my friends screaming. I realized that I had
taken a sheet and was hanging myself in my sleep. After that night I
had to be watched very closely due to what happened in my sleep. I
would hit, smack and or hang my self. It wasn’t until I was about
twenty-two years old that I took a tarot reading class with the Pyramid
of Enlightenment. One night we got on the subject of Past Life
Regression. Lee Ann explained that by going back I might be able to
stop the night terrors. She was right! I found out that in a past life my
father had beaten me and hung me from a tree, left to die. Lee Ann
walked me through the nightmare and had me send Love and
forgiveness to my father. After the process had been completed, I
stopped having the violent night terrors. It’s now seven years later and
I’m still not having the night terrors.

Lee Ann guided the class into a meditative state through the use of various relaxation
techniques. She provided subdued lighting, soft relaxing music and a hypnotic tone of
voice that allowed me to become completely and totally relaxed at which time I began
to visualize a landscape that existed in my minds eye. Many of the group later related
they saw an angelic scenario, while I drifted into a scene that could possibly be
described as one of my past lives. The entire class lasted approximately 1 1/2 hours, yet
it seemed to be only a short 20 or 30 minutes. As a lifetime student of metaphysics, I
wholeheartedly look forward to my next inner journey in Lee Ann's meditation class.

This is how I feel when I meditate.
Breathing in Breathing Out. Peace and humility in, Stress and Tension Out. Freeing my
cares, and unburdening my soul. Taking a journey, a vacation, and an adventure of epic
proportions as time becomes a distant memory. Entering a landscape of amazing
variety, that fills me with awe and wonder. Colors swirl in mysterious ways about and
thru me. I am in a state of bliss. I am in harmony with my surroundings, my spirit
refreshed in this oasis of delight. Here in this place where one thing or being never stays
long as all are free as I am to hange shape, color, and size at will. I am an explorer, a
creator, a student, and a teacher seemingly all at once. On this higher plane of existence
I am one with it all and made whole once more. The auras brighten and strengthen, I am
cleansed. I am reborn, unalone and with an abundance of love. As my eyes open I am
prepared for the challenges of life with a patience I had previously lost.I am confident, I
am me.
