Do you have the blues?

How many people have faced at least one difficulty in your life? How about several difficulties? Everyone has right! Life is tough, no matter your socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, gender, etc. We all experience the blues, whether we are grieving over a loss of a loved one or just having a rough day. Many light workers and spiritualist, ministers of all faith, cultures and subcultures have felt the ‘blues’.

It appears our worst enemy is ourselves, psychology would term this our shadow side. We all have defense mechanisms. Some of us want to disappear from the world and believe if we stick our heads in the dirt the problem will go away. Others believe you have to fight back, you must be louder than the foe. The former falls in the category ‘I deserve to be punished, I’m not good enough’ or likewise. The later falls in the category of jealousy, envy, aggression, and so forth. I would bet my last penny, everyone in the world would simultaneously fall under both categories at least once, if not multiple occurrences throughout life. To the extent we hurt thy brother, is to the extent it hurts us.

Within this state of low consciousness, there is a hidden reason that gives the challenge meaning. No matter how unsurmountable the obstacle may appear, there is a hidden pearl (karma lesson). It may feel like you are searching for a needle in a hay stack, but that is what our guides and angels are for. We are here incarnated on earth to ascend spiritually, to get closer to God, and follow the path of righteousness. Although, we each follow our own unique path, all of the red carpets lead to the same place. If we are to ascend and raise our vibration, we must first get out of our own way. It is simple, turn on the light. The shadow disappears. As a result, we will not only have a change of perception, but will wake up in a different world (not to be taken literally) and experience the richness life has to offer.

Aqua Aura Quartz

Aqua Aura quartz is not only recognizable by its beauty and glamour, but its ability to clear any emotions that may be stuffed down in the depths of one’s being. Have you ever had that choked up feeling, like a big ball is stuck in your throat when you are stressed out? I perceive this sensation as emotions that need to be vocalized. For whatever reason, good or bad, we hold back. Aqua Aura quartz will give us emotional liberation to let out suppressed emotions, but at the same time prevent us from pulling ourselves back from the fear of judgment and discrimination upon ourselves or others. This is a valuable step towards healing, repeatedly we must get out of our way. If we can cut away the emotions, we can see thoughts. Anytime we remove negative thoughts with their associated emotions, we must replace them with positive thoughts and emotions. Sodalite is similar to aqua aura quartz, they both help de-stress and find peace in the storm. You will find that all of these stones intertwine in some way, primarily relieving you from emotional toxicity harboring in the body. Sodalite does not work on the aura and is not primarily used to enhance psychic protection; but it does stimulate psychic abilities and open the channel up to your higher self. Sodalite will go deeper than the emotions, it works on your thoughts and perception of self. The saying, ‘everything comes around in a full circle’ is a profound truth. You reap what you sow. The last stone is Blue Lace Agate. I am going to write BLA as an acronym. Remember I said that when you remove a defense mechanism or negative emotion, you need to replace it with something positive. Every situation has two sides to it, most often we do not see black or white, but gray. BLA is the finishing touch, the last stride before crossing the finish line. It will return all our turmoil and crashing waves to a calm, glistening ocean of emotions. BLA will enhance our ability to nurture our wound, and will give us peace. BLA will bring clarity in thought like the Sodalite, and help us stay in touch with our higher self. As a bonus, it will enhance our thought pattern positively increasing the recovery time. It gives us the courage to make that last stride rewarding. It also enhances our link to the earth. It gives us good health and longevity. It brings prosperity and abundance.
